Definition
A poem is a text in worms or prose which proceeds of the art of the combination of the words, the rates/rhythms and sonorities, to evoke emotions, images and feelings.
Description
There are thus various types of poems, quatrains, octosyllabic, poem epic, lyric poem... of the qualifiers to mean the construction or the content of the poem.
