Description
The operating system is a software layer on which will place the whole of the applications launched by the users. In a PC, the operating system is located between the bios and the applications. The operating system consists of a generally convivial interface. It accomodates the whole of the drivers making it possible the applications to reach advanced peripherals (modem, chart network, video chart...)
