To guarantee the quality of these lodgings grace: - a scale of classification including/understanding more than 200 criteria allowing to establish the level of classification of each establishment into 1, 2 or 3 chimneys, revised every 3 years according to the evolutions of waitings of the customers. - a system of control of the establishments, in the form of visits mysteries, by external cabinets with the chain, in all independence, these controls being carried out to the maximum every 3 years. - a service follow-up-quality charged to collect the appreciations of the customers In 2004, the National Federation of the Home of France is certified ISO 9001, by Swiss organization SQS. This attribution guarantees to the customers the know-how and the serious one of the FNLF for its process of attribution and control of the Logis label of France. - the National Federation of the Home of France was approved by the ministry for tourism to deliver the mark "Tourism Quality" in affiliated Logis of France which answers the required criteria, namely those which satisfy at least 85 % of national engagements of quality
