Definition
Nobody suffering of a handicap, physics or mental.
Description
He is more correct of speaking about a handicapped person than of saying a handicapped person directly. The most known image is that of a person having to move in Wheel chair but there is a very large variety of handicaps, some being able to be very discrete. The company must still make much progress to allow the handicapped people to be able to take part fully in the social life.
