DefinitionSeek of better Adaptation between the functionalities of an Internet site and its users. Quality of an Internet site thus conceived. DescriptionA Web site is described as ergonomic when it proposes a mode of navigation easy and intuitive allowing to its visitors a catch in fast hand of its functionalities.
Ergonomics aims thus at the same time a better effectiveness and a greater comfort of use.
Ergonomics uses knowledge resulting from research in the psychological fields (in particular cognitive psychology) and psychophysiologic.
