Description

A breeding of Pedigree dog is a breeding which selects the reproducers and reproduces dogs able to continue the line of the race. While taking part in exposures of beauty and work judged according to criteria's of the standard defined for the raised race, the Stockbreeder has the constant concern to maintain and improve qualities of his breeding. The races of dogs are managed by cynologic Federation international F.C.I. (the F.C.I. is the Organization Canine World made up of 84 countries which defines the pedigrees, names the judges and guarantees their recognition within the Member States). The F.C.I. reconnait officially the races of dogs classified in 10 distinct groups, themselves divided into sections, created according to the origins, of the behaviors and specificities of each race. The groups are numbered from 1 to 10. The Canine Central Company is the organization for France.
